Purdue Mann Institute Reveals First Round Of Biomed Tech-Commercialization Awards
The Alfred Mann Institute at Purdue University was created last year with a $100 million gift from the Alfred Mann Foundation for Biomedical Engineering to help commercialize Purdue biomedical innovations. This week, it awarded a total of $375,000 to support projects in the areas of tendon and ligament repair and replacement; early detection of breast cancer; and wound healing and scar amelioration.
