University of Kansas Research Arm Sues US
Government Over Cancer Drug Inventorship

The school’s correction-of-inventorship lawsuit claims a University of Kansas researcher and his former assistant were erroneously omitted as inventors on a pair of patents owned by the US Department of Health and Human Services and related to the Millennium Pharmaceuticals cancer drug Velcade.
